We ship packages with Swiss Post
All our packages are shipped with the client's mandatory signature upon receipt.

PostPac International ECONOMY - price: 50 .-- chf - time approx. 7 working days (may be longer depending on customs checks)
AN ERROR OCCURRED IN YOUR ORDER

Send photographs of the PARCEL AND PRODUCTS concerned highlighting the problem.
Describe the condition of this package: was it damaged, opened or taped by the carrier?
Also send us any reference (barcode, supplier number) found on this product or its packaging.

The return of a product is done in 4 steps
1. Written communication of the request
2. Registration of returned products
3. Return shipping
4. Exchange or refund
1. You communicate with SHOP.PARADELTA:
You send an email to shop@paradelta.ch specifying:
-the quantity of each product returned and the cause of return
- What you want for each of them: exchange, reduction code or refund.
2. Registration of returned products
You must go to your customer account
- go to the tab "history and details of my orders"
- Open the order containing the product to be returned (by clicking on "details")
- Select the products to be returned and their quantity
- Specify the reason for the return in the field provided for this purpose
- Activate the return by clicking on the "Return a product" tab
3. You prepare and send your goods for return:
- You make sure that each product is new (no traces of use), complete and in its original packaging.
-You check that the packaging and the packaging perfectly protect the products so that they arrive in good condition.
- You do not forget to put in the delivery slip or a copy of the invoice.

- Return costs are your responsibility
